Our  cancellation  policy is : if you cancel before 10 days  of your
arrival date, I will not charge your card , if you cancel  or modify
within  10 days a of the date of your arrival   or no-show, I will
charge the total amount of your stay.

The check-in is between 4pm and 7pm maximum. Late arrival between 7pm and 9pm will be charged €20. The maximum arrival timle is 9pm.
